Ellie Mistry has always had a passion and flair for cooking. Born in Sweden, Ellie has been cooking all her life both at home and establishments in Stockholm and Sydney. Ellie moved to Australia 9 years ago where she now lives with her husband Oliver.

Ellie brings a truly diverse range of culinary influences to the kitchen ranging from her Northern European roots to the rich spices and exotic flavours of India.

Ellie believes the basic keys to any dish are the use of the freshest, prime produce and to always cook in season as far as possible, both for maximum taste and nutrition. She believes in food and friends and that the best occasions are about sharing the whole experience.

After years of arranging dinner parties and cooking for friends and much encouragement from many satisfied guests, she decided to make it her profession.

Ellie has recently teamed up with Ivan Andrade to bring you At Your Table. Ivan has worked in some of Sydney's top restaurants including the legendary 3 chef's hat Pier and 1 chef's hat Billy Kwong.
