A self confessed culinary obsessive, Ellie spends every hour she has researching, testing and creating new dishes and recipes, but only the best make it to the menu. Ellie believes the basic keys to any dish are the use of the freshest, prime produce of the highest quality and to always cook in season as far as possible, both for maximum taste and nutrition.
Ellie’s dishes have been praised and featured in Sydney’s 9to5 Magazine, on the Wise Women’s World Blog, and by the Masterchef Australia magazine team.
Ivan Andrade is the latest member of the team and brings a huge depth of experience and creativity to the mix. Ivan has worked in some of Sydney's world class restaurants including the legendary 3 chef's hat Pier and 1 chef's hat Billy Kwong. |
