Ellie believes the basic keys to any dish are the use of the freshest, prime produce and to always cook in season as far as possible, both for maximum taste and nutrition. She believes in food and friends and that the best occasions are about sharing the whole experience.
After years of arranging dinner parties and cooking for friends and much encouragement from many satisfied guests, she decided to make it her profession.
Ellie has recently teamed up with Ivan Andrade to bring you At Your Table. Ivan has worked in some of Sydney's top restaurants including the legendary 3 chef's hat Pier and 1 chef's hat Billy Kwong. |
