What to expect

  • A personal chef and waiting staff arrive at your house or preferred location
  • They will create and serve a meal of your choice to you and your guests
  • You can sit and relax or watch them in action
  • If you have questions, they love talking about their passion
  • Afterwards they will clean, wash up and leave your kitchen looking immaculate

We are able to cater for smaller groups than traditional caterers serving parties of 2 to 100’s.

We can offer canapé functions, high teas, buffets, 4 course menus, 3 course menus or 5 and 7 course tasting menus. If you had something else in mind please let us know and we can suit our offerings to your requirement.

The food was excellent and the service was quite good. We hosted a wine dinner with a different wine served with each course – so the staff had a lot to manage and generally coped quite well. Probably the only down side was the way they left when it came time for them to finish for the evening. I would have liked to see them do a last scoot around to clear away empty glasses and refill water jugs – stuff like that. The cleaning also fell way short – they didn’t clean the laundry (drink service area) at all – leaving empty cans and crap all over the floor. Unfortunately, that left us with a heck of a clean-up, which kind of tainted what was an otherwise lovely evening. So, congratulations to the team on a job mostly well done – they started strong but just needed to finish strong too.

OMG! What a great night. I can not even start to say how great Dazz and the girls were. Everything just ran so smoothly. The food was delicious and the service was great.
