The dinner party went really well thank you. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the atmosphere with Nick in the kitchen close by to “entertain us with his skills”  It was definitely a lovely way to celebrate a 50th birthday in our own home.

Dinner last night was fantastic! Eladio and his food was superb and Maria
just added the icing on the cake. I can't speak highly enough of him and his graciousness. He came to the table and explained what he had prepared when Maria had served it and you could see his passion and obvious delight when we enjoyed everything. A great discussion was had at the end of dinner as to what he will prepare next time. We are offal lovers so tripe and the like will be next. It was a great pleasure to have them in my home.

    "Ellie and her team (another chef and a waitress) created the most wonderful night for my husband's 40th birthday dinner party. It was a night that we will always remember. From start to finish Ellie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was professional as well as being a delightful lady, always having a smile on her face. Nothing was an issue. My husband has very particular likes and dislikes and Ellie listened to everything I said and created a delicious menu that not only looked and tasted amazing, but was exactly to my husbands tastes. 

We had a choice of entree of prawn, scallop and blue swimmer crab parcels in champagne sauce or veal cannelloni and both were beautiful. Then the main of lamb shanks were the best I have ever tasted and just melted in your mouth! Ellie's cheesecake surrounded by edible rose petals not only looked fantastic, but tasted just as good. 

Everyone at the dinner party felt like we were dining in a fine dining restaurant, even though we were in the comfort of our own home. Speaking of which, it was an absolute treat to be in your own home, whilst having someone else do all the shopping, preparation, cooking and even cleaning up, leaving the kitchen spotless! Ellie and her team worked so well in the kitchen that you didn't even notice that they were there. I cannot recommend Ellie highly enough. We are looking forward to our next dinner party with your delicious food Ellie!"
