Andy moved to Australia from country New Zealand to work at the Sydney 2000 Olympics and 20 years later he’s still crafting his art in the kitchen.
His work experience is extensive having worked in some of Australia’s best hotels and most awarded restaurants such as Siggis in Brisbane, Vue de monde in Melbourne, Restaurant 360 in Sydney and Rockpool in Sydney.
