Chef Bing started his cooking career at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Having spent time in the culinary capital of gastronomy, he was deeply influenced by the local food culture. Upon returning to New York City, he gained a lot of great experience working at Michelin starred establishments, and began to develop his own style of cooking.
Aside from French cuisine, Chef Bing is also a professionally trained Sushi Chef. He has spent time at a number of well-known Japanese restaurants in the US and Australia, including Saké in Sydney. Working closely with local purveyors, Chef Bing is passionate about sourcing the best ingredients for his clients.
