Chris’s early experience took him on a culinary learning spree in the reputable kitchens of Sydney; Altitude, Aria, Prime before becoming Head Chef of Boardwalk Queenstown. Chris believes food should be shared and enjoyed by all, by bringing people together through his experiences.

Even though he has worked in one of London’s finest restaurants from 1-Michelin Star restaurant Fera, Chris still believes his biggest achievement was opening a restaurant in Queenstown and being a part of the success that it still is today.
