Francesco was born in Italy and into the hospitality industry. He worked in Michelin star restaurants in Italy and USA. He held internships in Michelin Star restaurants in New York and Tokyo. After arriving in Melbourne he worked in operations like the Vue Group and Lucas Group and his recent adventure as Chef de cuisine of Vesper, a Mediterranean Bistro in the heart of South Yarra.
