Starting a career as chef back in 2001 at the Rocks in Mornington, Jason fell in love with the multitude of flavors that were coming from seafood, meats and anything that can be grown especially in Australia.

Jason has been in charge and running the kitchen at the Flinders Hotel and the Metropolitan Golf Club. He also flew high and worked for Etihad Airways flying around the world cooking on planes for 1st class guests.

Jason has a passion for cooking amazing flavour combinations and loves creating memorable desserts
