Chef Larry started his chef training in Switzerland. He quickly moved into 3 stars Michelin kitchens in Switzerland and Monaco for 18 years.
Larry then joined a leading group of hotels and moved to Australia. In Australia, he has been the head chef in Hotel Regent, Regency, Hilton etc.
Larry was seeking a sea change and moved up to Queensland ( Port Douglas) to join the Mirage group and he now contracts his time to small luxury hotels and lodges.
Larry is committed to using only the freshest ingredients to create his Modern Australian menu.
