Jake was born in Italy and relocated to Australia in January 2019. He is qualified in commercial cookery with certificates III and IV at Melbourne City Institute of Education.

He is a very passionate individual about all aspects of cooking. He loves reading books about culinary techniques, cooking and food science to constantly expand his knowledge in this field and to keep up to date with any changes and the latest trends.
