Melissa was born and raised in Adelaide, South Australia, where she was always surrounded with a family that was passionate about beautiful, rich, Italian food and culture. Her love for food was inevitable.
Melissa has had the pleasure of working in some wonderful restaurants in Adelaide, including Magill Estate at Penfolds Winery, Bird in Hand Winery, 2KW Bar and Restaurant and Bistro Dom.
Her food is influenced by the talented Chefs she has worked alongside from all around the world. Seasonal produce has a direct impact on her menu, as she will only bring the finest and freshest ingredients to your table.
It is with her whole heart that she creates beautiful meals for special occasions.
