I was born and raised in Mumbai India. Where I was exposed to a fusion of unique Indian culture and traditional Indian influences, to create delicious masterpieces. From early on I enjoyed creating food to please family and friends.
Taking advice from mum and dad I decide to come to Australia to study Hospitality Management. I started my career working in fine dine restaurant in NSW. It was here that my passion for modern cuisine started. I didn’t just like it, I loved it. That’s where my professional career begun.
I started creating mouthwatering dishes and finally found myself working for 5 Star hotels around Australia. I have 6 years of extensive experience working for 5-star hotel around Australia such as Stamford Plaza, Marriott International and Hilton International.
Along with my dedication and my passion I want to introduce traditional Indian gastronomy with modern cooking techniques like sous vide cooking and create molecular Indian cuisine by using local produce my interest is to deliver Modern Australian dining experience at the table.Book Chef
