I was born in Bologna, where I graduated from professional cooking school in 1993. I started work in catering and then in some excellent local restaurants.
From when I was 19 years old I gained international experience at a Resort and in large Hotels. I then had the excellent opportunity to work with master teachers including: Pierto Leeman (2 Michelin stars), Sergio Mei (Executive Chef Four Seasons Hotel), Davide Oldani (1 Michelin star), Giacomo Gallina and others.
I organised the catering for the opening of the Film Festival de la Comedie, as well as various events for Damiani jewelry, Niki Lauda, Luciano Pavarotti and other important international personalities. I have also collaborated with the magazine “Viaggi e Sapori”.
I have since worked with various organisations as a consultant in Italy , UK, China, Russia and Australia
