Rosa is a Spanish Chef whose kitchen passion started when she worked with her food-stylish aunt while studying at university. She decided to pursue an education in the hospitality industry and got a postgraduate degree in hotel management in Switzerland. During her management training in the 5 star hotel Shanti Maurice on Mauritius Island, she realized that her heart and place where behind the stove. Following her passion for high quality food she started working in St Moritz in the Nira Alpina Hotel.
Her open minded, warm and expressive personality then brought her to the Sergi Arola tapas bar at the W Hotel of Verbier. This restaurant was all about sharing really tasty and aesthetically beautiful Spanish tapas while also allowing diners to watch the process and talk to the Chef. It was in this open kitchen restaurant where Rosa could really express herself and perfect an ideal dinner experience.
This is also where she met her partner, Benoit. Benoit is a French bar manager and mixologist who has worked in the cocktail industry for more than 7 years. He has passed through the George V Paris, Beau Rivage Palace and Royal Savoy in Lausanne, Switzerland. He loves his job and will be happy to share his stories and bar knowledge while preparing you drinks that match the food or your mood!
After having travelled for a while in Asia, Rosa and Benoit came to Paper Daisy Restaurant at the Halcyon House, a small luxury hotel in Cabarita Beach. They are now teaming up to make your private dinner or event even more interesting.
