Shreya has been in the hospitality industry since 2012. She specialises in Patisserie from Le Cordom Bleu and has been a dedicated Pastry Chef for the last 6 years. She has worked at some of Sydney’s best dessert venues – Black Star Pastry, KOI Dessert Bar and is currently working for Peter Gilmore at his iconic restaurant, Bennelong in the Sydney Opera House.
