Valentina is a passionate chef with over ten years of experience in the hospitality industry. After working in London, she ran and owned a restaurant in Rome for five years before moving to Perth. Since then, she has worked at a number of well-known restaurants around the city, such as Galileo, Cantina 663, Azure, and Bar One to name a few.
Chef Valentina has a strong passion for traditional Italian cooking, and she’s proud to introduce to people some very old and special family recipes originating from her nonna and mamma, as well as modern Italian and modern Australian dishes. She brings something special and truly authentic to the Private Chef experience.
