What information do We collect and hold about you?

In order to provide you with the Service, upon booking the Chef Services, you will be asked to provide your first and last name, email address, telephone number, event address, home region and city/ location along with some additional information such as the name of the Chef, the name of the menu, the date of the event (hereinafter, the “Event Date”), number of guests and any other specific requirements, such as dietary requirements.

In order to provide you with the Service We will also ask you for your credit/ debit card details in order to proceed the payment. Your payment details are not stored by Us.

If you are a Chef using the Service will ask you for your first and last name, email address, phone number, state, location, date of birth (optional), ABN, and bank account details to proceed your payments. We will also need to know some non-personal information, such as but not limited to the locations you are willing to serve, your Chef menus as well as menu requirements.

Should you register for our mailing list/ newsletter, your email address will be stored in our MailChimp account. This information is kept private. How do We collect your information?

We collect solicited information from you including your personal information when you:

2. to improve customer service – your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs, in the case of feedback and reviews we also publish your feedback on our site as an accurate representation of our chefs and service to other prospective customers; and

3. to process transactions – your financial information relating specifically to processing a transaction is solely used for that purpose alone and is not recorded or saved on file; and

4. to send periodic emails – the email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

The Website and the Service are hosted on a server in Australia and are intended for and directed to users in Australia.
