What to expect when hiring a private chef

A private chef and waiting staff arrive at your house or preferred location
They will create and serve a meal of your choice to you and your guests
You can sit and relax or watch them in action
If you have questions, our chefs love talking about their passion
Afterwards they will clean, wash up and leave your kitchen looking immaculate
We are able to cater for smaller groups than traditional caterers serving parties of 4 to 100’s.

We can offer canapé functions, high teas, dinner party catering, buffets, 3 course menus or 5 and 7 course tasting menus. If you had something else in mind please let us know and we can suit our service to your requirement.

the food was innovative and tasty and served with flair by Bryce. We have 2 suggestions. The main course (duck)could have been a little hotter and we would have liked more jus. The dessert (cheesecake) was delicious and would have liked a little crunch with it. We would recommend this experience to others and tell them to use Bryce, he is tops.

Chef William was impressive from the start. He easily accommodated our request to remove the dessert and add side dishes. Chef William then suggested two fantastic canape additions to round off a tremendous menu. The execution of the menu was first class. The wagyu steak was a melt-in-your-mouth kind of delight. Can't recommend him highly enough.
