Everything was simply perfect. Ian and Kylie were prompt, clean, quiet in the kitchen (as the dining was close to the kitchen). The food service was on time and our guests were blown away by the flavours on the menu.. it was an incredible experience - food and service superb. Frederick Marechal

Chef Frederick is very well versed in Classic French venues such as Belgium’s Romeyer and the 3 Michelin star La Pergola. He also became the Head Chef at the 3-Michelin star Le Bel Ombra in 1996 before taking the reins at the 3-Michelin star La Place as the Head Chef a couple of years later. In 2000, Frederick had the honour of being the Personal Chef to the French Consul-General in Monte Carlo where he served with distinction.

It’s pretty safe to say Fredrick can cook… This level of luxury in the form of a personal chef is something to behold.

We had a chef and a waiter, Frederick and Rudy. However, Rudy was not just any waiter, he was definitely a fully fledged maitre d' and ran the evening with such finesse and smoothness that we felt we were in a 5 star restaurant. Frederick created such fine food it was absolute heaven to indulge and was 5 star as well! My husband was exceedingly grateful that Frederick was aware that he was in somebody's home and not on TV! They arrived on time, went about their business in a very professional manner, played the evening by ear and gave us the ultimate fine dining experience! The two of them also new each other's nuances and worked together like a well oiled machine. Both deserve such accolades and we received nothing but compliments about the experience. We'll done guys

Tanja Nixdorf, with more than 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry was classically trained in Germany. Tanja spent 10 years plus prior to arriving in Australia working as a Head Chef in Michelin star winning restaurants in around Switzerland.

The offered menus were all excellent and our selected menu surpassed expectations. We had a celebration dinner with a group of 14 and made adjustments to the menu that were readily agreed to and implemented by the team. The night went smoothly and we all just sat and enjoyed the meal and conversation without having to leave the table or worry about timing or serving drinks.
