You will need to provide the table settings, however if you have more guests or want us to help we can arrange that for you as well, just let us know.
For small gatherings, the chef will serve you and your guests, but for larger numbers we provide fully vetted and trained wait staff.
Who does the washing up?
Our staff will clear everything away and load your dishwasher, leaving your kitchen exactly as they found it. You really won’t need to lift a finger.

Brisbane Chef – Modern French
Chef Frederick is very well versed in Classic French venues such as Belgium’s Romeyer and the 3 Michelin star La Pergola. He also became the Head Chef at the 3-Michelin star Le Bel Ombra in 1996 before taking the reins at the 3-Michelin star La Place as the Head Chef a couple of years later. In 2000, Frederick had the honour of being the Personal Chef to the French Consul-General in Monte Carlo where he served with distinction.
It’s pretty safe to say Fredrick can cook… This level of luxury in the form of a personal chef is something to behold.
