Fingerlime

Native to Australia and found in southern coastal Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Finger lime as you would imagine from the name is a finger shaped lime. Inside similar to a lime a finger lime consists of hundreds of little juice filled pockets. Unlike the normal lime, the finger lime has uniform juice pockets with a visual resemblance to caviar.

Great with raw fish preparations, as a garnish for cocktails and with Oysters.
