Pernod
Pernod is an Anise flavoured liquer originating from France. Created shortly after the banning of Absinthe, a very strong anise flavoured moonshine strength liquer.
Pernod is commonly use in conjuction with French cooking methods, matching well with steamed fish, fennel and poultry.
