Burrata with either chargrilled zucchini and hazelnuts, roasted asparagus or with baby beets
Roasted carrot, mung bean and feta salad
Salt and pepper Prawns with Asian slaw

3RD COURSE
Casarrecce, pork sausage, cavalonero, chilli
Penne, pesto, roast pumpkin, pancetta
Orrechiette, mixed mushrooms, garlic butter
4TH COURSE
Crispy pork belly, caramel vinegar
7 hour slow cooked lamb shoulder, fresh mint chutney
Confit chicken, jus
Asian glazed side of salmon
