Antoine is a French chef with 15 years experience. He learned to cook with chef Thomas Forman, 2 toque at Gault & Milliau in Corsica, France and trained in the kitchen under Monsieur Paul Bocuse, a chef who reinvented French cuisine.
Through the years Antoine has had the opportunity to travel to countries such as Germany, Italy, Guadeloupe, England and Dominica. This has allowed him to discover different cuisines and flavours of the world. He is passionate about letting people discover new flavours through his cooking. He especially has a deep love for Caribbean-flavoured cuisine which he believes will take you on a voyage to the island.
