Czechoslovakian born, Fil was the former head chef for Bills Restaurant in Meditator Bay for the last 6 years.
He has now joined the Private Chef industry working for one of our top chefs William Poveromo and also works as the head chef at William’s new Japanese restaurant Homyaki.
Fil is an extremely experienced chef and his plating is first-class.
