Flo Carly

Born in a foody family in France, Flo’s grandfather started as a chef and specialised in pastry. He had his own bakery/pastry shop in the 15th district in Paris and even created his own dessert. He instilled his passion among his children and grandchildren. Flo grew up surrounded by good food and the typical “French lunch”(for special occasion) that have you seat at the table for more than 6 hours with a refined 7 course meal, all cooked from scratch by her grandfather and grandmother. Cooking is a family passion and tradition.

Flo has been professionally cooking for the last 20 years but has always spent time in the kitchen, this is her happy place. Most of her cooking has been in Sydney and on the northern beaches NSW, from pubs to little gastro cafés, fine dining, healthy hub. She loves to experiment different flavour combinations and cooking techniques. Her cooking would be world fusion with French/Mediterranean inspiration. She loves working with spices and make her own mix and chillies.
