After moving to Australia in 2011, Chef Leo quickly made his mark in Perth’s vibrant restaurant scene, where he infused his cooking with a distinctive modern Australian touch. His dedication to excellence was first recognized in 2014 when he won the Best Small Bar Restaurant award in Western Australia. He was a finalist in 2015 and 2016 and secured the award again in 2019 for his South American-themed restaurant in Bunbury, which helped highlight the region’s culinary scene.
