Melissa was born and raised in Adelaide, South Australia, Melissa was always surrounded with family who were passionate about beautiful, rich, Italian food and culture. Her love for food was inevitable.
Melissa have had the pleasure of working in some wonderful restaurants in Adelaide such as; Magill Estate – Penfolds winery, Bird in Hand winery, 2KW Bar and Restaurant and Bistro Dom.
Her food is influenced by the talented chefs and she has worked alongside from all around the world.
Seasonal produce have a direct impact on her menu as whe will only use the finest and freshest ingredients to bring to your table.
It is with her whole heart that she creates beautiful meals for special occasions.
