Trent is a professional chef with over 20 years of experience. He studied at the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, Los Angeles and from there began his journey cooking at amazing places like the Founders Room Walt Disney Concert Hall, 72nd Academy Awards with Wolf Gang Puck and Hollywood Bowl.

Living in Los Angeles and London then onto the open seas working for Princess Cruise Lines and visiting places from New York to San Juan to Copenhagen and many more.

He met the girl of his dreams while working onboard and decided to come back home (Gold Coast) and continue his journey with his private cheffing business and health and well-being coaching (the best of both worlds).

Trent loves creating experiences that help bring people together and what not a better way to do it than with food!
