Having cooked all over the world from the Yarra Valley to London, Eddies award winning cuisine led him to hosting cooking classes and demonstrations at events such as the Royal Melbourne show and the Bendigo Farmers Market.
Eddies extensive background in highly acclaimed and Michelin Star restaurants worldwide has now brought him to lead our Melbourne event catering service.
