Chantilly Cream or Creme Chantilly is whipped cream that has been beaten, or whisked, until it is light, fluffy and holds it’s own shape. (referred to as stiff peaks)
Named after the French region of Chantilly, it is often sweetened and flavored with fresh vanilla beans.
