Dauphinois, Gratin dauphinois or Pomme dauphinois is a traditional French dish comprising of thinly sliced layered potato, cooked in cream and gratinated (grilled) to crisp the top layer.

Variations include garlic, thyme, rosemary and cheese. Served as a side dish or an accompaniment to garnish a dish.
