Gravadlax, with many different spellings is a Nordic dish where raw Salmon is cured in salt, sugar lemon and dill. Traditionally served with a mustard dill sauce and crusty bread or boiled potatoes.

Often in the modern day, fish will be cured with different flavours and referred to as gravadlax. You can almost guarantee though that the base 3 ingredient’s will remain the same, salt, sugar and lemon.
