Lavosh

Lavosh is an Armenian flatbread, made from a dough not too dissimilar to a pasta dough. Traditionally it is rolled very thinly, cooked in a wood fire and served with various dishes as an accompaniment. In this day and age it is commonly served with cheese as a ‘cracker’ substitute. Commonly flavoured with salt, pepper, poppy seeds, seasame seeds and olive oil.
