Francois is a French chef with over 30 years of experience, who settled down in Perth in 2013. At 15, he started studying at a hospitality school in Alsace, the French region he was born in. He went to study at the most prestigious Chef School, l’EcoleSuperieure de Cuisine Francaise in Paris. He then worked for several Michelin star restaurants in Paris and then returned to his hometown to open his first bistro restaurant in 1997 in Strasbourg

An accomplished culinary professional with over 30 years’ experience, Marco qualified in the Netherlands, and trained extensively in Switzerland and stayed there for over 11 years working in 5-star resorts around the lakes and in ski resorts.

He then moved to Australia to open the world-famous Sheraton Mirage resort in Port Douglas, QLD. From there he went to work at sea and has been an Executive Chef for several 5 and 6 star cruise liners for a total of 14 years.

For the past 10 years he has been living in Perth working as a Head Chef.

Dan was outstanding and incredibly easy to deal with. He confirmed how we'd like to correspond, visited our home to talk through logistics and get a feel for how we wanted the night to run. He was prompt and efficient. On the night Dan interacted with our guests and had total control of all aspect including guidance to the wait staff. He runs a tight and friendly ship which meant that the only thing people needed to focus on was the incredible meal prepared. Could not fault Dan or his beautiful meal.
