Ravioli, are usually square shaped pasta pockets, served in a broth or sauce. Commonly with a jagged edge cut with a huge variation of fillings.

Most notoriously stuffed with fresh sheeps milk ricotta and served with Napoli sauce, fresh basil and olive oil.
