Yuzu
Yuzu is a citrus fruit considered a mandarin hybrid reigning from South east Asia. In appearance a Yuzu fruit looks similar to a small grapefruit and can vary in colour between a yellow orange and green dependant on ripeness.
With a flavour somewhere between a lemon a mandarin and a grapefruit it lends itself well to seafood and white flesh fish dishes or desserts.
