Dan was outstanding and incredibly easy to deal with. He confirmed how we'd like to correspond, visited our home to talk through logistics and get a feel for how we wanted the night to run. He was prompt and efficient.
On the night Dan interacted with our guests and had total control of all aspect including guidance to the wait staff. He runs a tight and friendly ship which meant that the only thing people needed to focus on was the incredible meal prepared.
Could not fault Dan or his beautiful meal.
