Dan has been working as a professional chef for more than 12 years. Originally hailing from Canberra and completing his chef qualification in his hometown. Working up the East Coast of Australia all the way to Noosa, exploring what this country has to offer, something was urging him to explore more of the world.

He travelled the world on his own culinary adventure. This led him to Dublin, Ireland, where he worked in a restaurant which was the only restaurant in 2016 to win a Michelin Star! He then went off to be a Pastry Chef at the only 2 Michelin star restaurant in the country. He then moved over the water to England and the absolute highlight of his career was working in the Coveted 3 Michelin star “The Fat Duck” By World renowned Chef Heston Blumenthal.

These restaurants have been an amazing experience for Dan and have really helped him master his craft. He now pursues his own private dining experiences to bring all his expertise, right to your table!
