For the past 15 years Lydia has been cooking as a private personal chef for the New Zealand Embassy in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Her career has seen her cater from personal dinners, large functions, delegations and events for royals, prime minister’s, ambassadors, and world leaders. her food is Modern Australian cuisine focused on fresh local sustainable ingredients. Lydia is inspired by new techniques, unique flavour combinations and she is extremely passionate about food.
Lydia has had many influences along the way having lived and worked in the Middle East, USA, traveled and worked through Europe and New Zealand. She has the ability to create mouth watering dishes sure to please any crowd.
