Darrin’s 5 Course Tasting Menu

I would be happy to recommend and use Darrin’s services again. He was accommodating with tailoring a bespoke menu served family style and the food was high quality, wonderfully delicious and beautifully presented. He was professional and a pleasure to have in the home. Thank you Darrin for making my mother’s 70th birthday celebration a success.

We had organised Darrin for a surprise 60th Birthday dinner for my husband when a snap lockdown at 4.00pm on the day meant he couldn't come!! I suggested that if all the prep had been done would I be able to do the actual cooking? We discussed it and decided it was within my capabilities so Darrin moved heaven and earth (and ultimately his brother) to get the food to us before the lockdown commenced at 4.00pm. It had to come 2 hours away from Darrin as we were in an airbnb. The instructions were thorough and the food was simply spectacular - made me look and feel like a real chef! The dinner guests were our children and their partners and it was unanimously agreed that we will do this again with Darrin when this wretched Covid has gone.
