The food was beautifully cooked, the Chef himself was very shy and did not interact with the group at all including just finishing the meal and leaving without saying goodbye or thanking the group, which to be honest I thought was the whole point of having a chef cook in your house to make it a interactive experience and to learn about the food etc..

Jocelyn was very organised; food had been prepared and packaged while food to be cooked on site was ready to go with minimal further prep.
He was also accommodating. My guest and I wanted to sit at the kitchen bench and watch Jocelyn cook and he was very patient with our questions and requests for advice and ideas.
