What to expect

  • A personal chef and waiting staff arrive at your house or preferred location
  • They will create and serve a meal of your choice to you and your guests
  • You can sit and relax or watch them in action
  • If you have questions, they love talking about their passion
  • Afterwards they will clean, wash up and leave your kitchen looking immaculate

We are able to cater for smaller groups than traditional caterers serving parties of 2 to 100’s.

We can offer canapé functions, high teas, buffets, 4 course menus, 3 course menus or 5 and 7 course tasting menus. If you had something else in mind please let us know and we can suit our offerings to your requirement.

Tanja & our waitress Silvia went about their jobs with professionalism & the whole evening just flowed. The food was plentiful with the chef offering extra lamb cutlets to the table which was received with enthusiasm by the men in particular.Tanja & Silvia even cleaned up before they left which was an added bonus. AYT didn’t contact me for final numbers – I chased you up which added unnecessary stress before the event. The food was outstanding but there needed to be more and more evenly distributed. I had to speak to the waiters to serve those people furtherest away from the entrance to the marquee as they missed out on many of the courses.

We’ve now had Richard visit us twice. The first was a romantic dinner for 2 for our wedding anniversary, and the second a group of 12 for a birthday! In both situations Richard’s food and service wowed us (and the second time, everyone was very impressed). Richard was well prepared and it was enjoyable learning about the food he was preparing – made the food all the more tasty knowing all about it. With the group of 12, Cleo joined him to provide table service and the team was outstanding and certainly everyone had a great time.

I would highly recommend Richard to anyone!! Personally, we can’t wait to find another reason to ask Richard back!
