Min’s 5 Course Tasting Menu

Min has provided his exceptional catering service for our clients numerous amounts of times and has done so perfectly! We always have fantastic feedback from clients/internals. It’s great to see how professional and calm Min can be - even when cooking and plating for 24 guests!

We had canapés and 3 course dinner from Chef Min. The whole night was smooth and we could relax and enjoy entertaining our guests. The food was incredible and everyone was so impressed. They accommodated dietary requirements for two guests without any issues and they were both super happy too. We highly recommend chef Min and would absolutely use him again.
