Due to uncertainty with COVID we decided to do this dinner at home. We ended up being impacted by people not being able to travel and despite not being able to make the changes we wanted the team was always very professional to deal with. Caleb is LEGIT the man... seriously - we are some pretty hardcore foodies (pardon the wanky self-application of that title) but we are well versed in eating at multiple michelen starred restaurants around the world and take it pretty seriously - and this meal just blew our minds. And the fact that it was prepared in our tiny little Air BnB kitchen (which was pretty crappy) is even more amazing. Caleb got two spontaneous ovations from the group and a standing ovation at the end. He was generous with his time, cooked amazing food, was quick and prompt, and was really happy to play along as things got a bit loosey goosey as the night wore on and wine was enjoyed. Seriously, 11/10 would book again in a heartbeat. THANK YOU!!

I’d like to thank you and your team for their part in making our wedding “the best wedding ever” according to just about every guest from youngest to oldest. The food was absolutely amazing and I spent a large part of the night telling people who you guys were, who Caleb was and how we chose him. I have to admit that one of my major worries for the night was the food – was it enough and would everyone like it. While Paul and I unfortunately missed out on the canapes, I was told they were delicious. As for the rest of it, it was fantastic – so much flavour and so intimate – not at all like the many mass produced menus you tend to see at other functions. I can’t not include the wait staff who unfortunately, I didn’t get their names. They were incredibly professional, friendly and efficient. They were there when you needed them and somehow managed the service without being seen. It was like the meals just appeared from one minute to the next and their timing was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone and I will certainly be looking for opportunities to use you again.

Caleb and the staff turned up on time, and helped us to organise our party so we could surprise the birthday boy (Jono) for his 40th bday. The food was an easy 10/10 and delighted all my 'foodie' guests and hard to please husband, in a delightful 3 course meal. The wait staff was well versed on the wines I was serving that evening, and was attentive and ensured our guests had a drink and full water glasses. Chef Caleb's food was exceptional. So tasty and of a very high quality.. He wasn't really able to adapt to the more banquet/shared style we requested, and we found he simply put all the portions in the middle to then be served. It may as well have just been served up in individual portions then as I gather this is more his style. Having said that, it was so delicious, we didn't mind this. I also requested a big salad to be shared, he ended up just putting some rocket as a base for another dish - in short he wasn't very adaptable, but as I said, that didn't matter in the end because he totally delivered in flavour, presentation and he was professional and a pleasure to have cook for us.
