Berkshire pork belly, fennel, lemon gel
Carnaroli risotto, Italian sausage, zucchini, parmesan crisps.
Wagyu rump 6+, cafe de Paris butter sauce kipfler potatoes, watercress
Flour less chocolate torte, berries, hazelnut, pistachio crumble
Menu 2
Pambula rock oysters, mustard, eschallot, cucumber mignonette.
Sardine, pickled Spanish onion, sultana, rye sourdough
Carnaroli risotto, sea scallops, avruga caviar, beurre blanc
Confit Tasmanian salmon, white gazpacho, pickled grapes, baby broccoli
Olive oil pannacotta, strawberry, balsamic caviar

Christian was amazing. Professional and friendly. He presented each meal and was happy to answer any questions.
Food was perfection and our guests could not stop talking about how wonderful the meal was. We will definitely be using him again!

Christian made the impossible possible by serving my husband and I a beautiful entree which included Burrata cheese. My husband does not like cheese, and I had put in the wrong entree for us, but he ended up loving it so much he even asked me to make it for him from now on. Christian was very polite, his food was amazing and we enjoyed my husbands birthday a lot, by staying at home and having these amazing 3 courses served to us. We have spoken highly about the service and Christian to many of our friends.

What a superb meal. The food was outstanding and the service was fautless. Such a relaxing way to enjoy top quality food and wine. We had 2 babies who slept through lunch allowing their parents to enjoy some great restaurant quality food without the pressure of being in a restaurant
