Gorgonzola is a blue veined Italian cheese made from skimmed cow’s milk. Buttery in flavour, firm and salty with a crumby bite.

Great eaten as it is or used to finish pasta, risotto or salads. This outrageously delicious cheese comes from a small town named Gorgonzola near Milan, Italy.
